1. Purchasing from our online store — The customer must be at least 18 years old. Customers can register in advance or order without registering (details given at checkout). Returning customers can view previous orders after logging in. Cookies must be enabled to use the shopping cart.

2. Ordering products — Add items via "Add to cart"; review the cart via the cart icon (all prices include VAT). Proceed via "Checkout," enter delivery details, choose a delivery and payment method. Payments are processed by Paytrail Oyj. An order confirmation is emailed after successful payment, and a shipping notice once the order is dispatched.

3. Right of Withdrawal and Returns — You may cancel your order and return the product within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. This applies to all customers regardless of delivery country, including outside the EU (e.g. Canada, United Kingdom).

●      How to cancel: Notify us in writing before the deadline expires, by emailing shop@kuusamonuistin.fi. The product must be unused and in original packaging.

●      Return shipping costs: Paid by the customer; for non-EU returns, the customer also covers customs duties/handling fees. Already-paid import taxes/duties cannot be refunded by us, as these are paid to the recipient country's authorities.

●      Refunds: Issued (excluding return shipping) within 14 days at the latest of receiving the returned product or proof of return.

●      Exceptions: Does not apply to custom-made or personalized products.

●      Defective products: Covered by our liability for defects rather than the right of withdrawal — we cover return shipping and arrange repair, replacement, or refund.

4. Shipping Costs — Finland: €6.90 via Posti, 1–3 business days; free over €60. International: via DHL, cost by destination. All costs and delivery estimates are shown clearly at checkout before the order is finalized.

5. Problems or Complaints — Check your order on receipt. Complaints should be made within 14 days by email at shop@kuusamonuistin.fi or by phone at +358 8 860 3466.
